Your details, handled straight.
When you submit an enquiry on this site, we collect the details you provide — including your name, phone, email, business or industry, website, lead source, revenue range, call-handling problem and setup preference — solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange the demo or audit you asked for.
Your details are stored in our customer-relationship system (GoHighLevel), which we also use to send and manage the phone, SMS and automated conversational follow-up you request. We may mirror the enquiry to Telegram as an internal owner notification so our team can respond quickly. These providers process the details for Barmen Media and may process data outside Australia. We do not sell your details, share them for third-party marketing, or add you to unrelated mailing lists. Messages relate to your enquiry; reply STOP or ask us to stop at any time.
This site records campaign parameters (such as which ad brought you here) to understand what's working. We also use the Meta Pixel supplied by Meta Platforms. It records page visits and successful enquiry events so we can measure our advertising and show Barmen Media ads to previous website visitors. The Pixel may collect your browser and device information, IP address, page URL and Meta cookie identifiers. When an enquiry is successfully delivered, our server also sends Meta a matching Lead event using the Conversions API. We send your name, email and phone as one-way SHA-256 hashes—not as readable contact details—along with browser, page and campaign identifiers so Meta can attribute and match the enquiry. The browser and server events share an event ID so Meta can count them as one lead rather than two.
Meta may process this advertising data outside Australia under its own data practices. You can turn tracking off for this browser below. Turning it off removes the Barmen Meta identifiers available to this site and stops future Pixel and Conversions API events from this browser, including on later form submissions.
